In order to receive maximum benefit from the practice of this yoga, the following ingredients must be offered:

• Pure Bikram Yoga, with nothing added to, or subtracted from, the 90 minute class
• Highest quality of instruction from Bikram Certified teachers who maintain up-to-date recertification
A carpeted room, heated to a minimum of 105° with 50 - 60% humidity
• Directors who maintain a relationship with Bikram and Rajashree Choudhury such that, should it be necessary, a phone call can be made to their home to consult them about your health challenge or injury
